08/09/10 - Sports Media Competition for young volunteers

Can you produce an inspired sports DVD? We are looking for groups of young volunteers aged between 11 and 19 years old to create a live action, animated fiction or creative documentary. Access to training provided by the Broadway Cinema to create an Olympic/ Paralympic inspired DVD. This will be screened at the Nottinghamshire Sports Review of the Year and at a special screening at The Broadway Cinema.

Sixty-five adults with disabilities took part in a summer sports day on Thursday 19 August at Gresham Sports Park. The event was a fantastic success comprising a fun introduction session to a variety of different sports.

27/08/10 - Priory Celtic FC inclusive ability centre

are looking for football lovers aged 7 - 16 to join a FREE 10 week block of coaching. Males and females of all abilities are welcome. Join in the fun, play regular football and be part of a team.

This year Nottingham City Council is proud to host the first "City Sports Awards". The awards look to recognise and reward the contribution to sport being made by local clubs, individuals and volunteers in this great City.
